ROY JAGHAB has been practicing plaintiff’s personal injury law for over thirty years. An accomplished client advocate, Mr. Jaghab has specialized in plaintiffs’ personal injury actions. Mr. Jaghab completed his undergraduate studies at Towson State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science. He received his Juris Doctor in 1994 from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. Mr. Jaghab manages the Personal Injury Department of the Firm. He is also extensively involved in negotiating many significant Personal Injury actions for the firm.
Over the years, he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in the areas of Personal Injury, Litigation, including Liability, Premises, Construction, and Motor Vehicle Negligence. Mr. Jaghab’s professionalism and zealous representation of his clients have made him well-respected among members of the bench and other members of the bar.
In addition, Mr. Jaghab also manages the Real Estate department of the firm, including residential and commercial real estate transactions. When not engaged in litigation matters, Mr. Jaghab is also a member of many charitable organizations.
