ROY JAGHAB has been practicing plaintiff’s personal injury law for over 14 years.  An accomplished client advocate, Mr. Jaghab has specialized in plaintiff’s personal injury actions.  Mr. Jaghab completed his under graduate studies at Towson State University receiving a Bachelor of Science.  He received his Juris Doctor in 1994 from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State Uniersity.  Mr. Jaghab manages the Personal Injury Department of the Firm.  He is also extensively involved in negotiating many significant Personal Injury actions for the firm.  Over the years he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in the areas of Personal Injury, Litigation, including Liability, Premises, Construction and Motor Vehicle Negligence.  Mr. Jaghab’s professionalism and zealous representation of his clients has made him well respected among members of the bench and other members of the bar.  When not engaged in litigation matters, Mr. Jaghab is also a member of many charitable organizations and involved with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
