MATTHEW FLEISCHER has been practicing criminal defense litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury law for over ten years.  During the course of his accomplished career, Mr. Fleischer has tried numerous criminal cases, ranging from murder trials to DUI’s, and because of his extensive experience in criminal matters has been extremely successful in the zealous defense of his clients.  Furthermore, Mr. Fleischer has tried over twenty civil cases, and has obtained substantial verdicts and settlement awards in the areas of construction related accidents, automobile negligence and premises liability.

Mr. Fleischer received his undergraduate degree from SUNY College at Oneonta, where he majored in Business and Economics.  He received his Juris Doctor in 1998 from Hofstra University School of Law.  Mr. Fleischer is also fluent in Spanish.
