ERIK J. GERSTENFELD has been practicing plaintiff’s personal injury law for over eleven years.  An accomplished client advocate, Mr. Gerstenfeld has specialized in plaintiff’s personal injury actions.  Mr. Gerstenfeld completed his under graduate studies at St. John’s University, receiving a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in the field of criminal justice.  He received his Juris Doctor in 1996 from the Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.  Mr. Gerstenfeld’s professionalism and zealous representation of his clients has made him well respected among members of the bench and other members of the bar.  Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Gerstenfeld has distinguished himself as a voice for the Hispanic communities of Nassau and Suffolk Counties, as well as the five boroughs.  Over the years, Mr. Gerstenfeld has obtained substantial awards and settlements for the Firm’s clients in the areas of construction related accidents, automobile negligence and premises liability.  When not engaged in litigation matters, Mr. Gerstenfeld is also involved with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
