ELIAS A JAGHB, JR. is a Partner in the Law Firm of Jaghab, Jaghab & Jaghab, P.C.  During the course of his ten year career, Mr. Jaghab has represented clients in the areas of Personal Injury including fire related litigation, with particular emphasis on personal injury claims for firefighters.  He also has extraordinary legal abilities in the areas of workers compensation, premises liability construction accidents as well as criminal law and landlord tenant matters.  He has litigated numerous cases over the years, and is highly regarded throughout the legal community for his professionalism and integrity in the advocacy of his clients.

Mr. Jaghab completed his undergraduate education at West Virginia University and is a dedicated alumnus of Hofstra University School of Law.  Furthermore, Mr. Jaghab holds a Masters in Criminal Justice from Long Island University.  Outside of the legal practice he is active in his local community, donating his legal expertise to the Nassau County Volunteer Lawyers Project where he represents indigent tenants who seek legal counsel and representation in landlord tenant proceedings.  He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association playing an active role on various committees.  Mr. Jaghab has also been a volunteer fireman with the Garden City Volunteer Fire Department for nearly twenty years.
